I was feeding my dogs fresh pet as a meaty treat for one meal each day. They did fine for a while, but then my big on started threw up blood.

Then diarrhea later. Then one of my little ones started throwing up bile from it. I stopped it and everyone got fine. Then the little ones started eating their *** so I thought I'd try it again in case it was just coincidental.

My big one was throwing up that night so I stopped giving it to her. Two days later she is still lethargic. Diarrhea one day.

The little ones are okay so far, and have stopped eating their *** but I noticed last night that they are much more restless and agitated. Like something isn't feeling good.

I'm not going to keep feeding it.

I'm throwing it out and going to get a different alternate food for the little ones to try and get them what they need to keep them from eating their ***

I'm mad at myself for giving it to my big baby. Apparently their formula is not good for many dogs and okay for others.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Over the past few years there have been many reports about pet treats making animals sick or worse. The cause apparently was due to manufacturers getting some of their ingredients from Asia, specifically China which were tainted with bad stuff.

This is also a good reason to always look at all fish products sold in stores, frozen or otherwise to see where they originate from. If it says "product of China" or someplace other than the US, be wary of it. You can find out which treats and food for animals is good or not so good by doing a search online for something like "the best dog food" or treats, etc. There are a few sites which evaluate this stuff and which will advise you on which brands to buy or avoid.

Be aware that among different brands, some of their products are very good while others within the same brand are not so good for your dog.

Price is not necessarily indicative of quality as some high-priced pet food is rated as poor. Do some research.
